1. Website use

2. Quotes & estimates

Any price we give before inspecting the work is an estimate only. A fixed price applies only where we provide it in writing as a formal quote. If the work required differs from what was described (for example hidden damage, access issues, or additional faults found on site), we will discuss any change in scope or cost with you before proceeding wherever practical.

3. Bookings, access & cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work site at the agreed time. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible. A call-out or cancellation fee may apply for missed appointments or cancellations at short notice, which we will tell you about in advance.

4. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the work. All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable. We may require a deposit for larger jobs or materials. Overdue accounts may incur reasonable recovery costs.

5. Workmanship & guarantees

We carry out all work to a professional standard and in accordance with relevant Australian Standards and plumbing regulations. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those rights. In addition, we stand behind our workmanship and will rectify defects in our work that are reported to us within a reasonable time.

6. Materials & manufacturer warranties

Products and fixtures we supply or install may carry their own manufacturer warranties, which apply in addition to your statutory rights. We will pass on the benefit of any such warranty where we can.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any loss arising from our services is limited to re-supplying the services or the cost of having them re-supplied. We are not liable for loss or damage caused by pre-existing faults, conditions outside our control, or work or materials not supplied by us.

8. Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the work and the site;
  • Ensure the work area is safe and accessible;
  • Tell us about anything that may affect the work (e.g. asbestos, prior repairs, location of services).

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
